Delivery Information 

At US Pride Wear, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is seamless and enjoyable, right from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your doorstep. Below, you'll find all the necessary information regarding our delivery process. 

Order Processing 

  • Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped. 

Shipping Methods 

  • Standard Shipping: Reliable and cost-effective shipping option. 

  • Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery for urgent orders. 

  • International Shipping: Available for select countries, delivery times vary based on destination. 

Shipping Rates 

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The shipping rates are based on the weight of your order, destination address, and selected shipping method. 

  • From time to time, we may offer promotional shipping rates or free shipping. Any such offers will be clearly communicated on our website and during the checkout process. 

Order Tracking 

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier’s website. 

  • Additionally, you can track your order status by logging into your US Pride Wear account and viewing your order history. 

International Shipping 

  • We offer international shipping to select countries. Please be aware that additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply to international orders, and these are the responsibility of the recipient. 

  • International delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance processes and local postal services. 

Delivery Issues 

  • Delayed or Lost Orders: If your order is delayed or lost during transit, please contact our customer service team at uspridewear@gmail.com for assistance. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 

  • Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged items and packaging, and contact us at uspridewear@gmail.com   within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund. 

Shipping Restrictions 

  • Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. 

  • Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on their contents or destination. Any such restrictions will be communicated on the product page and during the checkout process.
